JOB POSITION

Junior Project Leader

REQUIREMENTS

As a Project Leader, you will learn :
– how to negotiate with client's Project Manager ( requirement, deadline, features, etc )
– how to handle users and their requests
– how to lead a project from kick off to go live
– documentation, scheduling, and planning

For this position, the requirements are :
– tough and brave personality
– extrovert, open to people, experience in negotiation
– passionate about handling and managing people
– mandatory : can write application using Java SE, JDBC
– nice to have : myBatis persistence framework, Servlet, JSP, Spring
– good command of English ( writing and conversation )
